The use of Mobile Apps, or applications, is a way of bringing to life what your company has to offer in a new and exciting medium. Apps increase awareness of a brand, and allow users to access up to date information, and locate your business when integrated with Google maps.

Development: 8 weeks
Features: GWS Media present their distinctive guide to Bristol, pointing the way to their favourite attractions and the lesser-known sights of the city. The App offers a Bristolian perspective and insider tips to discovering the city, from busy attractions to underground secrets. For locals and visitors alike, the guide is a virtual mine of information on places to eat, drink and visit. Locating the sites is easy as Google maps pinpoints each entry and enables the user to map their route using GPS technology.

Development: 8 weeks
Features: The Idapt Ramp and Step Calculator enables users to quickly assess gradients and space when considering whether ramps and steps will be required (e.g. for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility). Simply enter the variables you know (e.g. rise/distance/ tread) and the calculator will automatically tell you the other dimensions. A warning will be given if the outcomes do not comply with UK Building Regulations. You can then return to edit the original data entered in light of the recommendations made by the Calculator. The App uses metric measurements and results can be sent direct by email.

Features: Clifton College's iPhone App contains valuable information keeping current students, parents and prospective parents of Clifton College up to date.
The App contains details including forthcoming events at the College, images, contact details and an area where students can save details of their weekly routine. The App also features a video about the Upper School and a map with driving directions from where you currently are to the College. |
