Updating your website yourself
Keeping your Web site up-to-date is essential to build credibility and enhance your brand. When visitors view your site pages, they will receive a good impression from recent news, case studies that reflect recent success stories, and content that has changed since the last time they visited. An updating contract
For clients who are too busy, or who prefer to outsource the responsibility to a professional supplier, an updating contract is an attractive option for keeping a Web site up to date.
GWS offers quarterly or monthly contracts geared to suit your requirements at a discounted rate, with transparent pricing based on the number of hours that will be needed and rapid turnaround times.
Any unused hours are carried forwards for future use e.g. they can be used for site renewal or redesign, or the addition of a new section to the site.

Periodic updating
If you don't have regular updating requirements, but from time to time want changes made to your site, GWS can offer a convenient on-demand updating service. The changes will be quoted for based on the number of hours they are estimated to take, and are then completed to an agreed timescale.

In-house updating
Medium and large scale sites will typically include an easy-to-use updating or content management system. This allows the site owner to modify the site in-house without requiring professional help.
GWS builds updating systems into many of our Web sites, with the benefit that you or designated member(s) of your staff can learn how to update your Web site in a training session with us.
Refresher training sessions and telephone support can be provided for site updating systems, and GWS includes updating manuals with our systems for ease of use and future reference.
