Today Google announced a new feature in Webmaster Tools. The "search queries" report has been replaced by "search analytics".
This expands on the previous features set with addtitional metrics and filters:
- Filters
- Clicks
- Impresssions
- CTR
- Position
- Metrics
- Queries
- Pages
- Countries
- Devices
- Search Type
- Dates

The integration with Google Analytics however doesn't seem to have changed.
We expect this will come soon.
