Local charity embraces high-tech solutions 

Since 1935 Bristol Charities’ mission has been to enhance the quality of life of older people living in our communities. Bristol Charities provide vital services in the area including providing accommodation for older people, offering day care services and delivering a grants programme.

Bristol Charities needed a new website that would bring their web presence up-to-date and engage service users, stakeholders and the local community online. It was especially important that the range of charity services should be made obvious at first glance.

Highlighting community engagement

  • To reflect the charity’s mission statement, our design palette consisted of calm colours to communicate the charity's caring nature
  • The new website was built using this colour palette to convey the quality of the services offered
  • Engaging visuals and content were used to highlight recent charity events and developments
  • A simple and logical user journey provided a more coherent user-experience
